On October 26 TCU members working at CSX Intermodal Terminals, Inc. completed their agreement ratification process. 66% of the workforce participated in voting and voted overwhelmingly to approve the agreement. This agreement used the recent National Agreement as a basis for general wage increases but also contained additional economic and work rule improvements as well

TCU recently reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) with CSX Intermodal Terminals, Inc. This agreement will be going out for ratification by the members working at CSX Intermodal next week. The TA largely followed the pattern of PEB 250 – 22% General wage increases (24% compounded) over the life of the agreement as well as $5,000
The deadline to vote on the National Agreement ratification was 3pm EST, today. The National Agreement has been ratified by the Clerical and the Carmen membership. The new, independent electronic voting process allowed for more membership engagement than ever before seen for a National ratification. 58% of the Carmen covered by National Handling voted in

Ratification is now underway for all Carmen and clerical members working under the National Freight Agreement. Members should have already received the voting instructions and material access to all the agreement related documents. Voting will continue through September 14 at 3:00 pm EST. Today, TCU/IAM reached a Tentative Agreement with the National Carrier’s Conference Committee (NCCC). This Agreement will now go out for ratification by the members. The Tentative Agreement secures all of the recommendations of PEB 250.
