In an effort to increase engagement in UnitedHealthcare/Optum’s wellness coaching programs, UnitedHealthcare (UHC) is sponsoring a sweepstakes campaign through RAILROAD HEALTHLINK. This sweepstakes is open to all railroad employees and their eligible dependents (18 years and older) who are enrolled with UnitedHealthcare for their medical benefits under the Railroad Employees National Health and Welfare Plan.
RAILROAD HEALTHLINK offers wellness coaching programs supported by Optum and designed to better assist railroad employees and their eligible dependents that are enrolled with UnitedHealthcare on working towards their health-related goals. The programs available include Healthy Weight, Quit Power (Smoking Cessation Program), Stress Management, Exercise, Nutrition, Diabetes Lifestyle and Heart Health. Through the sweepstakes campaign, Optum wants UnitedHealthcare enrolled railroad employees and their eligible dependents to become engaged in one or more of the programs available.
For a chance to win one of the eight hundred (800) VISA gift cards ranging from $25 to $500, an enrolled UnitedHealthcare member should contact RAILROAD HEALTHLINK at 1.866.735.5685 and to see if they qualify for one of the wellness programs. An eligible participant will automatically receive one (1) entry when he/she enrolls in a program with a health coach and completes three (3) follow-up telephone calls. The three calls must be within each quarter of 2015: January through March, April through June, July through September, and October through December. Eligible participants may enroll in multiple programs or one entry per wellness program, for a maximum of seven (7) chances to win.
Sweepstakes entries are being accepted between now and December 31, 2015 from railroad employees and their eligible dependents (ages 18 and older) that have medical coverage with UnitedHealthcare. Two hundred winners per quarter will be announced in April, July, October 2015, and January 2016. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
