TCU Members on the Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad Compant (B&LE) have ratified a new agreement by a 100% margin in favor.
The new agreement provides increases of 18.6% over 6 years. With lump sum payments, Cost of living increases and the continuation of the Health and Welfare all included in the new contract.
The breakdown on the wage increases are:
July 1, 2010, all rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2010 are increased by two percent (2%).
July 1, 2011, all rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2011 are increased by two and one-half percent (2.5%).
July 1, 2012, all rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2012 are increased by four and three-tenths percent (4.3%).
July 1, 2013, all rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2013 are increased by three percent (3%).
July 1, 2014, all rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2014 are increased by three and eight-tenths percent (3.8%).
January l, 2015, all rates of pay in effect on December 31, 2014 are increased by three percent (3%).
