TCU National Representative Negotiates new positions for carmen

July 30, 2024 – National Representative Jason Cox has negotiated six new positions for Carmen.  These positions will support and assist with the utilization of the Wayside Visual System and other Wayside Technology for trains across the NS system.  These positions will be stationed in Atlanta, GA.  Carmen will be reviewing the video inspection to enhance the physical inspection by Carmen across the NS system to provide real-time information to the qualified mechanical inspectors in the field.  BRC General President Don Grissom commends NR Cox for securing this new technology for our members.  “I am confident that this will lead to more positions in the future,” said GP Grissom.
