Preparations are well underway for the TCU/IAM 36th Grand Lodge Convention, which will take place this July. Earlier this week, proposed Convention Rules, Constitutional Amendments, and Petitions and Resolutions were mailed to every delegate. Our Convention theme is Members Strong. At Convention, TCU/IAM will honor the hard work of our members working on the front lines throughout the pandemic. We will pay special tribute to members who lost their lives due to Covid-19. We will celebrate the skills, strengths and resiliency of our entire membership.
Convention will be opened by TCU/IAM Local 1351 Amtrak member Brooke Jamison singing the National Anthem.
“I am looking forward to July,” said TCU President Artie Maratea. “I know the delegates to this Convention share my commitment to ensure the very best representation possible for every TCU/IAM member. I am eager to set our future agenda with them.”
